Trainer E. Palma, trainer of Uno Sparti redeclared a new weight of 26.1kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Uno Sparti last raced at 27.5kgs.

Blue Westmead was a late scratching at 2.56p.m. due to illness (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
