Steward's Report
Prior to the start of this event, Stewards became aware that suspended person Mr. Ibrahim Kama was identified as being present on-course. Pursuant to LR 68, Mr. Kama was directed to leave the race meeting by Stewards. Mr. Kama subsequently left the race meeting.
Pursuant to GAR 75(7), Steward Ms. Callie Wilson did not act in any official capacity for this event.
Pommel Boy was slow to begin.
Velvet Vixen lost ground over the concluding stages, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hind triangle muscle strain. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
