 J. Telling, Trainer of Tinder King redeclared a new weight of 30.8kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Tinder King last raced at 29.2kg.

Ladies Kay and Tinder King were slow to begin.  Magic Kara and Ladies Kay collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Black Eyed Papa and Little Boots collided soon after the start checking Little Boots.  Atlantic Storm crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Little Boots, Magic Kara, Ladies Kay and Nikita's Nitro, severely checking Black Eyed Papa.  Little Boots and Magic Kara collided on the first turn checking Magic Kara, Ladies Kay and Nikita's Nitro.  Tinder King raced wide approaching the home turn.  Ladies Kay crossed to the outside approaching the home turn checking Black Eyed Papa, which fell as a result.

Black Eyed Papa was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained minor abrasions to the right fore leg, no stand down period was imposed.

Zatmine and Elite Runner were slow to begin.  Indianna Belle crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Zimmerman, Zatmine and Elite Runner.  Elite Runner stumbled as a result.  Lyley Boy and Kyah Jenny collided approaching the first turn checking Kyah Jenny.  Elite Runner crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Quick Blitz and Zimmerman, severely checking Zatmine which stumbled, severely checking Lyley Boy as a result.

Zatmine was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Black Alabar and David Ducal were slow to begin.  David Ducal checked off Horizon Blue soon after the start.  Black Alabar crossed to the outside soon after the start and collided with David Ducal, checking David Ducal and severely checking Black Alabar.  David Ducal galloped on the heels of Roxytron on the first turn checking Kyle's Express and Black Alabar, severely checking Roxytron and David Ducal.  Kyle's Express raced wide on the home turn.  David Ducal crossed to the outside in the home straight.

Sisco Fury was slow to begin.  Mr. Crumpet and Yellowrock Flame collided soon after the start.  Ginger Pieces checked off Won Wron Flyer on the first turn checking Mr. Crumpet and Yellowrock Flame.  Mr. Crumpet and Yellowrock Flame collided approaching the home turn checking Mr. Crumpet.  Mr. Crumpet checked off Argyle Diamond approaching the home turn.Ginger Pieces and Argyle Diamond collided approaching the home turn checking Argyle Diamond.  Big Vee and Wildcard Lad collided approaching the home turn checking Big Vee.  Argyle Diamond and Sisco Fury collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight.

Tekki Twist and Leaf Cutter were quick to begin.  Diablo Keroma, Flux Capacitor, Taquitos and Python Jackson collided soon after the start checking Diablo Keroma.  Good Luck Punk galloped on the heels of Leaf Cutter on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Taquitos galloped on the heels of Leaf Cutter approaching the home turn checking Taquitos, Dagwood and Leaf Cutter.  Diablo Keroma and Flux Capacitor collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn.  Good Luck Punk and Tekki Twist collided approaching the winning post.

A pre-race sample was to be taken from Reen's Prince.  The process was aborted due to an error in procedure. A post race sample was taken from Reen's Prince.

Marry Rich and Northern Emma were quick to begin.  Gospel Lass was slow to begin.  McAvaney and Lone Survivor collided approaching the first turn checking Lone Survivor.  McAvaney checked off Smash It on the first turn.  McAvaney and Gospel Lass collided on the first turn, severely checking both greyhounds.  Speedie Rioli and Northern Emma collided on the home turn.  Lone Survivor raced wide on the home turn.

Ruthless Stagger was slow to begin.  Andromeda Lass and Anna Ray Girl collided soon after the start checking Andromeda Lass.  Riverside Mary checked off Bernmar Pete approaching the first turn.  Team Player and Mr. Tee collided on the first turn checking Mr. Tee.  Release The Heat, Bernmar Pete and Ruthless Stagger collided on the first turn, severely checking Bernmar Pete.  Team Player and Mr. Tee collided on the home turn.

A sample was taken from Anna Ray Girl, the winner of the event.

Chad's Nitro was slow to begin.  Daintree Sugar and Charlotte Belle collided approaching the first turn checking Charlotte Belle and Chad's Nitro.  Daintree Sugar and Fairy Lace collided approaching the home turn checking Fairy Lace.

Chad's Nitro was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right hind sesamoid, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Zap And Yap was a late scratching at 8:59am due to injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Miss Turmoil and Fawn Kara were quick to begin.  Deadman Junction, Linda Bella and Aristos were slow to begin.  Fawn Kara, Bessie Wallis and Maybe Could Be collided on the first turn.  Aristos checked off Bessie Wallis on the first turn.  Maybe Could Be raced wide on the home turn.  Aristos and Maybe Could Be collided entering the home straight.

Mr T. Churchill, Handler of No Points redeclared a new weight of 30.7kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  No Points last raced at 29.3kg.
