Mrs. A. Daisley, trainer of Dark Dalliance redeclared a new weight of 28.2kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Dark Dalliance last raced at 26.9kgs.

Low Life Larry was slow to begin.  Counting Stars, Hotshot Booker and Dark Dalliance collided approaching the first turn checking Hotshot Booker and Dark Dalliance.  Dark Dalliance, Hotshot Booker and Dark Corgi collided approaching the home turn checking Dark Dalliance.  Dark Dalliance and Low Life Larry collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Hotshot Booker and Lynlaw Ollie collided in the home straight and again approaching the winning post.

Don Fire, Riverdale Hayley and Shreeky collided soon after the start.  Spiral Bek and Bells Hustler collided on the first turn.  Don Fire, Lacka Detail and Riverdale Hayley collided on the first turn checking Lacka Detail, Riverdale Hayley and Shreeky.  Taminick Girl galloped on the heels of Stolen Gem approaching the home turn.  Riverdale Hayley and Lacka Detail collided on the home turn.  Stolen Gem and Bells Hustler collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight causing both greyhounds to race wide.  Don Fire and Riverdale Hayley raced wide in the home straight.

Stolen Gem was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Garga Mill, Bazzagrey, Kid Rhubarb and Spider Silva collided soon after the start checking Kid Rhubarb and Bazzagrey.  Home You Go and Tiny Profit collided on the first turn checking Tiny Profit and Not So Cheap.

Garga Mill was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to it's left thigh.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Missy Bee was quick to begin.  Select Boy was slow to begin.  Why Not Liam and Just Robbed collided approaching the first turn.  Why Not Liam, Just Robbed and Braquo collided on the first turn.  Missy Bee galloped on the heels of Just Robbed on the first turn checking Missy Bee, Select Boy and Cosmic Buddy and severely checking Just Robbed and Why Not Liam.  Missy Bee, Just Robbed and Select Boy collided approaching the home turn checking Missy Bee and Select Boy which stumbled and fell as a result.  Missy Bee raced wide on the home turn and entering the home straight.

Select Boy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Just Robbed was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to it's left shoulder.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Kevaud's Girl and Flynn O'Malley were slow to begin.  Silver's Sister and Dirk And Rosie collided soon after the start checking Dirk And Rosie.  Dirk And Rosie, Kevaud's Girl and Flynn O'Malley collided on the first turn checking Kevaud's Girl and Flynn O'Malley.  Silver's Sister, Lily Black and Fear Her collided on the first turn checking Silver's Sister and Fear Her; Silver's Sister and Fear Her raced wide as a result.  Kevaud's Girl checked off Fear Her approaching the home turn.  Silver's Sister, Lily Black, Fear Her and Dirk And Rosie raced wide in the home straight.

Flynn O'Malley was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to it's right thigh.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Three Card Trick, Paramount Thunda and Grand Jet collided soon after the start.  Three Card Trick galloped on the heels of Khandi Khandi on the first turn checking Three Card Trick.  Three Card Trick and Paramount Thunda collided approaching the home turn checking Paramount Thunda.  Goldie Fawn and Kid Famechon collided in the home straight.

Dynamite Diva crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Pentapod, Hashtag Jordan and Nindigully Boy.  Victoria Jay, Soft Ballad, Bernmar Pauline and Nindigully Boy collided on the first turn checking Bernmar Pauline and severely checking Soft Ballad.  Victoria Jay and Twirly Bird collided approaching the second turn.  Nindigully Boy and Dynamite Diva collided approaching the home turn.  Nindigully Boy and Hashtag Jordan collided entering the home straight checking Hashtag Jordan which collided with Soft Ballad; Hashtag Jordan stumbled as a result.

Boston George was quick to begin and crossed to the rail soon after the start.  Why Not Oscar and Mind Bender collided soon after the start checking Why Not Oscar.  Why Not Oscar, Mind Bender and Shadow Lea collided approaching the home turn checking all three greyhounds.  Broad Betty, Railway Smokey and Le Luca collided approaching the home turn checking all three greyhounds.

Mr. G. Mitchell, trainer of Mr. Fox redeclared a new weight of 35.2kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Mr. Fox last raced at 33.6kgs.

Bit Iffy and Effie Trinkett were slow to begin.  Bubble Which and Perfect Causeway collided approaching the home turn checking Perfect Causeway.  Perfect Causeway galloped on the heels of Another City approaching the home turn severely checking both greyhounds; Another City stumbled as a result.  Bit Iffy, Stylish Ruler and Cattogio collided approaching the home turn.  Cattogio galloped on the heels of Perfect Causeway approaching the home turn severely checking Perfect Causeway.  Effie Trinkett crossed to the outside in the home straight and collided with Stylish Ruler several times checking both greyhounds.

Perfect Causeway was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

The Club Veterinary Surgeon examined Dreaming Annie and no illness was detected. The greyhound was a late scratching at 11:28am due to weight variation. Trainer Mr K. Tirchett was fined the sum of $100. 

Kharlessi was a late scracthing at 11:31am due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down was imposed. Trainer Mr D. Petersen was fined the sum of $100.

Suspicious Tessa and Elite Tulip were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Leah Belena and Don's Legend collided on the first turn checking Leah Belena which collided with Santa as a result.  Leah Belena and Elite Tulip collided approaching the home turn.  Leah Belena and Nifty Nefertiti collided approaching the home turn checking Elite Tulip.

How Much George was a late scratching at 12:06pm due to non-arrival (GAR 31).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer, Mr. A. Paraskevas, was fined the sum of $100.

Valetta Knight and Looney Lucy collided soon after the start.  Manelito, Renewable Energy, Saxon, Valetta Knight and Looney Lucy collided approaching the first turn checking Renewable Energy and Saxon.  Manelito and Looney Lucy collided approaching the home turn.  Saxon raced wide approaching the home turn and again in the home straight.  Valetta Knight and Looney Lucy collided in the home straight.  Just A Suspicion and Looney Lucy collided approaching the winning post. 

Mr. D. Cook, trainer of High Alimony redeclared a new weight of 27.7kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  High Alimony last raced at 26.0kgs.

Queen Kaboom was quick to begin.  Turanza Magic, High Alimony and Which Arandt collided soon after the start.  Sootette and Turanza Magic collided approaching the first turn.  Miss Natalie crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Elite Circle.  Where's Crocky and Miss Natalie collided on the first turn checking Where's Crocky.  Where's Crocky raced wide approaching the home turn.  Where's Crocky and Sootette collided entering the home straight.

High Alimony was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left thigh, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
