Stetson Quamby was quick to begin.  All Prancer and Inner Peace were slow to begin.  Brazen Bull, Pitt Street and Ortiz Bale collided soon after the start checking Pitt Street.  Super Bronie galloped on the heels of All Prancer on the first turn checking All Prancer.  Inner Peace raced wide on the first turn.  Pitt Street checked off Super Bronie entering the back straight.  Unova Bale checked off Brazen Bull approaching the home turn.  Brazen Bull and Unova Bale collided on the home turn.

B.  Dapiran, Trainer, Zipping Coco redeclared a new weight of 28.5kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Zipping Coco last raced at 29.6kg.

Galloping Mich, Kimanator, Bobbi Delicious and Spring Pearl were slow to begin.  Kyah Jenny, Galloping Mich, Spring Pearl and Stetson Blue Az collided on the first turn checking Kimanator.  Kyah Jenny raced wide on the first turn checking Stetson Blue Az.  Spring Pearl raced wide on the second turn checking Kyah Jenny.  Bobbi Delicious marred the running of Galloping Mich in the home straight checking Galloping Mich.

Bobbi Delicious was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left shoulder and left triceps, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr T. Allen, Trainer of Bobbi Delicious.  Acting under GAR 69(1), Stewards charged Bobbi Delicious with marring.  Mr Allen pleaded guilty to the charge and was found guilty and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at The Meadows and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Parsec Bale and Why Not Liam collided soon after the start.  Pinkish Hue crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Parsec Bale. Nerobelle and Mi Diablo collided approaching the first turn.  Twelve Steps, Nerobelle, Mi Diablo, Pretty Bale, Westmead Mouse and Parsec Bale collided on the first turn checking Twelve Steps, Pretty Bale and Westmead Mouse.  Parsec Bale checked off Twelve Steps approaching the second turn. Twelve Steps and Pretty Bale collided on the second turn.  Why Not Liam and Mi Diablo collided approaching the home turn checking Mi Diablo. Nerobelle and Pretty Bale collided in the home straight checking both greyhounds.

Ellie Dunbar was quick to begin.  Soul Eater, Fratelli Fresh, Loyal Son and Diva's Shadow were slow to begin.  Ellie Dunbar, Jaunty Bale and Udon Bale collided soon after the start and again on the first turn.  Soul Eater and Fratelli Fresh collided soon after the start.  Henry Garth and Soul Eater collided approaching the first turn.  Ellie Dunbar and Jaunty Bale collided on the first turn and again on the second turn checking Ellie Dunbar.  Jaunty Bale checked off Loyal Son approaching the home turn.

Premier Wally was slow to begin.  Kerser, Tennessee Gal, Here's Hannibal and Eye Smith collided soon after the start checking Tennessee Gal, Here's Hannibal and Metal Militia.  Kerser checked off Tennessee Gal on the first turn checking Metal Militia and Here's Hannibal.  Tennessee Gal and Eye Smith collided on the first turn checking Tennessee Gal, severely checking Eye Smith.  Kerser checked off Here's Hannibal on the second turn.  Kerser checked off Metal Militia entering the back straight.  Eye Smith checked off Tennessee Gal approaching the home turn. Kerser checked off Eye Smith approaching the home turn.  

Eye Smith was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

An out of competition sample was taken from Piffin' Yonnies engaged in this event on Tuesday October 24, 2014 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Whatta Brew was quick to begin.  Kirabilli George and Thelma's Man were slow to begin.  Coulta Mayham and Piffin'Yonnies collided soon after the start.  In This Way and Reen's Prince collided on the first turn checking Reen's Prince which collided with Kirabilli George, checking both greyhounds as a result.  Kirabilli George and Reen's Prince collided entering the front straight checking both greyhounds.  Proven Bolt eased approaching the home turn.  Whatta Brew and Proven Bolt collided entering the home straight and again approaching the winning post.

Proven Bolt was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both shoulder muscles and left triangle muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr B. Keel, Handler of Proven Bolt.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the Stewards charged Proven Bolt with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Keel pleaded not guilty to the charge. Proven Bolt was found guilty and Stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Clovalley Belle and King Spotalot collided approaching the first turn.  Quasi Bale, Clovalley Belle and King Spotalot collided approaching the first turn.  King Spotalot and Juan Diego collided on the first turn checking Juan Diego.  Clovalley Belle and King Spotalot collided approaching the second turn checking King Spotalot.  Juan Diego and Deli Allen collided approaching the second turn checking Deli Allen.  La Luca Trick checked off Ghost Roaster on the second turn.  King Spotalot and Juan Diego collided on the third turn checking La Luca Trick, Clovalley Belle, King Spotalot, Ghost Roaster and Deli Allen.  King Spotalot and Ghost Roaster collided on the home turn checking King Spotalot.

Dyna Machina was slow to begin.  Captain Bling, Mohinga Max and Mexico Joe collided soon after the start.  Allen Warlock and Aristotle Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Allen Warlock.  Allen Warlock and Dyna Machina collided on the first turn checking Allen Warlock, Dyna Machina and Mexico Joe.  Hunter Rocks and Aristotle Bale collided on the first turn.  Hunter Rocks contacted the running rail approaching the second turn.  Aristotle Bale and Captain Bling collided approaching the home turn.  Hunter Rocks and Captain Bling collided on the home turn checking Captain Bling which collided with Mohinga Max as a result.  Captain Bling, Mohinga Max and Dyna Machina collided entering the home straight checking Mohinga Max and Captain Bling.

Dyna Machina was vetted following the event after falling heavily in the catching pen.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right carpus and was humanely euthanised.

Abbey's Hand and Julie Bale were slow to begin.  Abbey's Hand and Julie Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Abbey's Hand, Julie Bale and Destini Shadow collided on the first turn checking Destini Shadow.  Seabrook Shan and Monkira collided entering the front straight.  Monkira and Julie Bale collided on the third turn.  Honeypot Agogo checked off Black Kaden on the home turn.  Honeypot Agogo and Abbey's Hand collided entering the home straight checking Julie Bale.  Seabrook Shan and Monkira collided in the home straight.  Julie Bale and Honeypot Agogo collided approaching the winning post checking Kooper's Crown and Honeypot Agogo.

Denzel was a late scratching at 11:5am due to non arrival (GAR 31).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer, Mr B. Toner was fined the sum of $100.

Punch It and Peragon Falcon collided soon after the start.  African Storm, Funky Chicken and Garman Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Funky Chicken.  Dyna Suzie and Punch It collided approaching the third turn.

Punch It was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a small laceration and soreness to the right monkey muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Enchanted Bling was quick to begin.  Hot Chiltern, Sun Valley, Flying Roswell and Madame Black collided approaching the first turn checking Sun Valley and Madame Black.  Black Tilly, Galloping Betsy and Hot Chiltern collided on the first turn checking Hot Chiltern, Galloping Betsy and Black Tilly which contacted the running rail.  Flying Roswell checked off Alouette Magic approaching the second turn.  Hot Chiltern and Sun Valley collided in the home straight.
