Miracle Maggie was slow to begin. Warami Sam and Direwolf Ghost collided soon after the start. Direwolf Ghost, Flying Do Do and Miracle Maggie collided approaching the first turn checking Miracle Maggie and Flying Do Do. Pin Wheel, Roxy's A Rebel and Exemplar collided approaching the first turn checking Roxy's A Rebel. Exemplar and Pin Wheel collided on the first turn checking Pin Wheel.

Unova Bale, Dollar Wonder and Bush Matey were slow to begin. Winter Is Coming was very slow to begin (3 Lengths). Storm Force and Crystal Cameo collided soon after the start. Paw Favor and Hashtag Jordan collided approaching the first turn. Unova Bale, Storm Force, Bush Matey and Hashtag Jordan collided on the first turn checking Unova Bale and Bush Matey, both greyhounds raced wide as a result. Dollar Wonder and Crystal Cameo collided approaching the home turn. Storm Force and Hastag Jordan collided on the home turn. Paw Favor raced wide in the home straight.

Bush Matey was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left and right pencil muscles and right triangle muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Undercover Agent was slow to begin. Lara Saint, Town Clown and Augusta Dreaming collided soon after the start checking Town Clown. Dancing Madi and Lara Saint collided on the first turn checking Cosmic Buddy. Town Clown and Gambit Bale collided approaching the home turn. Undercover Agent raced wide on the home turn.

Undercover Agent was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Tear Away Scar was slow to begin. Why Not Liam, Mr. Alouette and Asha Rhode collided soon after the start checking Why Not Liam and Asha Rhode. Just Angus, Occupation Lad and Lots Of Yap collided approaching the first turn checking Just Angus and Tear Away Scar and severely checking Occupation Lad. Asha Rhode checked off Tear Away Scar entering the home straight. Why Not Liam and Tear Away Scar collided approaching the winning post. 

Occupation Lad was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left pencil muscle, right back muscle and left wrist, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Play A Kazoo and Bingo Theory collided soon after the start. Bingo Theory, Dyna Arclight, Cheezle Lips and Specify collided soon after the start checking Cheezle Lips, Dyna Arclight and Bingo Theory. Prancing Lad and Bingo Theory collided on the first turn. Specify checked off Furious Flash on the home turn. Prancing Lad checked off Wood Cutter Stan approaching the winning post and collided with Dyna Arclight. 

Theory's Legacy was slow to begin. Maintenance Man and Thanks Tubby collided soon after the start. Immortal Bear and Maintenance Man collided approaching the home turn.Dyna Fatbob checked off the heels of Smiley Sam approaching the home turn. Maintenance Man and Immortal Bear collided on the home turn. Spiral Staircase and Dee Tee collided on the home turn.Immortal Bear checked off the heels of Maintenance Man in the home straight. 

Dee Tee was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.

A sample was taken from Dyna Fatbob - the winner of the event.

Fluke of Fantasy and Derby Magic were slow to begin. Bugatti Black crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Young Gunner and Elite Stress. Good Odds Devil checked off Derby Magic on the first turn and contacted the running rail.

Good Odds Devil was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left and right shoulders, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Miner Rush was slow to begin. Darcy's Entity, Say Again and Flying Casey collided soon after the start checking Flying Casey and Say Again. Dodgy Dealer, Kalden Crixus and Darcy's Entity collided approaching the first turn checking Dodgy Dealer and Kalden Crixus. Dodgy Dealer, Kalden Crixus, Flying Casey and Say Again collided on the first turn checking Flying Casey and Say Again and severely checking Kalden Crixus, which then contacted the running rail.

Kalden Crixus was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right pencil muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre race sample was taken from Miss Jacovella.

Miss Jacovella was slow to begin. Bush Rebel and Demolition Guy collided approaching the first turn. Mr. Optimistic and Bush Rebel collided on the first turn. Demolition Guy checked off Mr. Optimistic on the first turn. Mr. Optimistic, Tear Away Kuda and Miss Jacovella collided on the first turn checking Miss Jacovella. 

A pre race sample was taken from Kian's Hybrid.

Swift Witch, Dee Bee Gold and Kian's Hybrid collided soon after the start checking Dee Bee Gold and Kian's Hybrid. Caramel Mix, Water Bad, Swift Witch and Thundering Star collided on the first turn checking Water Bag, Swift Witch, Thundering Star and Dee Bee Gold and causing Dee Bee Gold to race wide. Thundering Star checked off Swift Witch approaching the home turn. Kian's Hybrid checked off the heels of Where's Heather approaching the home turn and collided with Water Bag. Where's Heather and Kian's Hybrid collided entering the home straight.

Son Of Sassi and Bush Caviar were slow to begin. Son Of Sassi, He's No Jet and Barbie Boy collided soon after the start. Son Of Sassi and Where's Exford collided on the first turn checking Where's Exford. Where's Exford and Unther Bale collided approaching the home turn. Bush Caviar raced wide in the home straight. 

Following the event the numbers 8, 1 , 6 & 3 were  inadvertently semaphored before the fourth placing was amended by the judge to number 7 and the all clear was then semaphored on the numbers 8 Cosmic Tate 1st , 1 Son Of Sassi 2nd , 6 Unther Bale 3rd  & 7 Bush Caviar 4th.

Sootette and Novacorum were quick to begin. Missy Irene crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Bluey Benz, Peyton Paradise and Gee Double You. Kinloch Creek and Missy Irene collided approaching the first turn. Bluey Benz, Gee Double You and Darlene's Theory collided on the first turn checking Gee Double You.  Kinloch Creek, Missy Irene, Bluey Benz and Darlene's Theory collided approaching the home turn checking Kinloch Creek, Missy Irene, Bluey Benz, Darlene's Theory and Peyton Paradise. Gee Double You and Bluey Benz collided in the home straight.
