Rosetta's Junior was quick to begin. Mini Morgo and Joe Handson were slow to begin. Verbal Warning, Tricky Temper and Some Are Ready collided soon after the start, checking Tricky Temper. Mini Morgo, Arvo's Caleb, Tricky Temper and Joe Handson collided on the first turn, checking Joe Handson and severely checking Tricky Temper and Mini Morgo. November Fantasy crossed to the outside on the home turn. Some Are Ready raced wide on the home turn. Tricky Temper raced wide on the home turn. Mini Morgo checked off Joe Handson in the home straight.

Messy Lee was slow to begin. I'm So Dizzy was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Tiger Pride checked off Ella Jordan on the first turn, checking Rival Impact. Katie Sullivan checked off Tiger Pride approaching the home turn. I'm So Dizzy checked off Enticed State approaching the home turn. Katie Sullivan and Enticed State collided on the home turn, checking Enticed State. I'm So Dizzy raced wide in the home straight. 

Jaraig Gangster was a late scratching at 2:39pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to illness. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Mega Gene and Astrome were slow to begin. Straight Flush and Super Hot collided approaching the first turn, checking Super Hot. Super Hot checked off Straight Flush approaching the home turn. Limitless Sky galloped on the heels of Mega Gene approaching the home turn, checking Mega Gene. Super Hot and Pav's Magic collided several times on the home turn, checking both greyhounds. Pav's Magic and Super Hot collided approaching the winning post. Super Hot and Dynamite Spice collided approaching the winning post.

Zuri's Magic was quick to begin. Soft Ballad and Python Jackson collided soon after the start, checking Soft Ballad. Sleepy Mime checked off Lazoras soon after the start, checking Sleepy Mime. Python Jackson checked off Pentapod in the back straight. Zuri's Magic and Sleepy Mime collided on the home turn, checking Zuri's Magic.

Dyna Vank, King Of Spin, All Inn Black and Bet Bet Ryan collided soon after the start. Illegal Power faltered soon after the start and tailed off as a result. Dyna Andy and All Inn Black collided approaching the first turn. Dyna Andy and King Of Spin collided approaching the first turn, checking King Of Spin. Dyna Vank and Miss Morton Park collided on the home turn.

Illegal Power was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a grade 3 tear to the right back muscle, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Donna Beasley, trainer of Prince Shak redeclared a new weight of 32.1kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Prince Shak last raced at 30.8kg.

Prince Shak was quick to begin. Southwood Denis was slow to begin. Gypsy Rama checked off Prince Shak soon after the start. Kibosh, Prince Shak, Final Bid and Tenebrae collided on the first turn, checking Kibosh and Prince Shak. Tenebrae checked off Final Bid approaching the home turn. Kibosh, Southwood Denis and Prince Shak collided approaching the home turn, severely checking Kibosh and Prince Shak. Tenebrae checked off Final Bid entering the home straight.

Kibosh was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A pre race sample was taken from Hard Merchandise.

Zorzoli, Sky Alert and Noisemaker were slow to begin. Le Luca checked off Boppin Dazzler on the first turn. Zorzoli checked off Sky Alert in the back straight. Hard Merchandise, Boppin Dazzler and Mechatronic collided in the back straight, severely checking Boppin Dazzler which lost considerable ground as result. Hard Merchandise, Sky Alert and Mechatronic collided on the second turn, checking Mechatronic and severely checking Hard Merchandise. Mechatronic and Sky Alert collided in the home straight, checking Sky Alert.

Boppin' Dazzler was vetted and after being re-vetted following event 11, it was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left shoulder, both triangle and groin muscles, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Media Tycoon was quick to begin. Willow Princess, Khandi Khandi and Master Of Time were slow to begin and collided soon after, checking Khandi Khandi and Master Of Time. George's Warrior checked off Funky Star on the first turn, checking Willow Princess. Master Of Time, Khandi Khandi and Little Miss Sin collided on the first turn, checking Khandi Khandi and Little Miss Sin.

Stylish Chips and Awesome Fear were quick to begin. Snoopstar and Be My Love were slow to begin. Snoopstar and Be My Love collided soon after the start. Stylish Fantasy and All Too Classy collided soon after the start, checking All Too Classy. Snoopstar and Senor Finn collided approaching the first turn. All Too Classy, Snoopstar and Senor Finn collided on the home turn and causing Senor Finn to fall.

Carrara Lad was quick to begin. Croky Boy was slow to begin. Have No Fear and Em Jo Lew collided soon after the start. Em Jo Lew checked off Carrara Lad approaching the first turn, checking Em Jo Lew. Croky Boy checked off Marita Jay approaching the first turn, checking Marita Jay. Have No Fear and Em Jo Lew collided in the home straight. 

Satisfactory Trial Results -

Snooty Reg trialled over the 425m from box 7, weight 25.5kg, the greyhound was placed 4th in a field of 4 starters. The time of the trial was 24.58, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 9.25 lengths. Snooty Reg was cleared.

Barty's Friday trialled over the 425m from box 5, weight 25.4kg, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4 starters. The time of the trial was 24.58, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 6.25 lengths. Barty's Friday was cleared.
