Stewards spoke to Mr. E. Hamilton and issued him with a warning with regard to his lack of punctuality at kennelling.
Tycoon Diamond was slow to begin. Uncool Albert and Party Girl collided soon after the start. Bad Advice crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Uncool Albert and Party Girl. Nitro Rush was checked off Black Hooligan approaching the first turn. Nitro Rush and Bad Advice collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.
Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Iredale the handler of the greyhound Tycoon Diamond regarding his failure to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve the greyhound for racing.
Stewards charged Mr. Iredale with a breach of GAR 46(2) in that he failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve the greyhound Tycoon Diamond.
Mr. Iredale pleaded guilty to the charge.
Mr. Iredale was found guilty and charged the sum of $200.
