Stewards held the All Clear after the lure stopped approaching the first turn with the field of greyhounds catching the lure. Pursuant to GAR 110, the event was declared a ‘No Race’. All bets are to be refunded. The weights recorded for the greyhounds are void and do not count for the purposes of the weight rule at the greyhounds’ next start. At this stage, the race has been postponed under the provisions of GAR 111 if another practicable time and date can be found, which will be advised in due course by the GRV Racing Department.  

Due to the mechanical issue with the lure that could not be rectified, the Stewards postponed Races 7 & 8, pursuant to GAR 111. The weights recorded for the greyhounds in the postponed races are void and do not count for the purposes of the weight rule at the greyhounds’ next start. At this stage, the Glenview Cup & Floodfawn Classic have been postponed under the provisions of GAR 111 if another practicable time and date can be found, which will be advised in due course by the GRV Racing Department.  

Myall Sandy, underwent a post–race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Daintree Damage, Aston Fantastic, Whipping It, Aussie Supreme, Hi There Frank and Saint Parr, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and were found to have abrasion injuries. No stand down period were imposed. 

Robbie Lee Rose, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a abrasion to the left foreleg and left hindleg. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. 

Due to the mechanical issue with the lure that could not be rectified, the Stewards abandoned Races 9, 10, 11 and 12, pursuant to GAR 111(4). All bets on greyhounds in the abandoned races are to be refunded. The weights recorded for the greyhounds in the abandoned races are void and do not count for the purposes of the weight rule at the greyhounds’ next start. Prizemoney for these races will be split evenly between the eligible greyhounds as at the time of abandonment.
