Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was taken from Empress Blaze.
Laquita Star and Bourne Supremacy were slow to begin.
Empress Blaze lost ground throughout the event, underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Ms Kerry Houlahan regarding Empress Blaze’s performance in this event. After hearing submissions from Ms Houlahan, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards deemed the performance of Empress Blaze unsatisfactory. Empress Blaze must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 129, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
There was no head on vision available in the home straight.
