In accordance with Sky Racing this event was re-scheduled to 2.55pm - originally scheduled for 2.57pm.

Shae Shae Cabang – Late scratching at 10.58am due to non–arrival (GAR 86 and LR 39). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Ms P Mcvay informed Stewards that she had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track. Stewards advised Ms P Mcvay that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 72 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.

Yelich, Perfect Willow and Found A Spot were quick to begin. Kraken Shout was slow to begin.

In accordance with Sky Racing this event was re-scheduled to 3.10pm - originally scheduled for 3.14pm.

Mr A Paraskevas failed to kennel North Carolina by the appointed kennelling time. A fine of $50 was issued pursuant to LR 39.1

North Carolina and Kensington Flyer were quick to begin. Reiko Slater and Lala Rapid were slow to begin.

Dash Of Sally checked and lost ground on the home turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hind triangle muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Xylus Bale - checked, faltered and lost ground first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have left hamstring muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

In accordance with Sky Racing this event was re-scheduled to 4.36pm - originally scheduled for 4.37pm.

Fled The Scene, Aunt Virginia, Willful Bale and Another Houdini were quick to begin. Ellie Kat raced wide in the home straight.

Shima Stella - checked, faltered and lost ground turn into home straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hind hock fracture. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track approaching and on the home turn and deemed it satisfactory  for racing.

Miss M Parfett-Oliver requested an early race endorsement for Aria's Melody. Stewards approved the request after an examination prior to racing by the on–track veterinarian. Aria's Melody will compete in early races until further notice.

Chasing Hearts was quick to begin. Always Mia was slow to begin.

Shiny Pistol severely checked and fell first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left wrist injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

He's So Tough severely checked and fell first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg laceration injury.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Classy Shifter, Shanlyn Scout and Creator were quick to begin. Creator raced wide on the home turn. Zipping Phoenix raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.
