Mr. Jones pleaded guilty to the charge. He Is Chill is suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Trouble In Time was charged with marring. Mr. Duncan pleaded guilty to the charge. Trouble In Time is suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Gold Gizmo – Late scratching at 8.54am when Mr. Richard Anchen reported the greyhound to have tonsilitis (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.

Wardan Jilungin, Moe Patty and Broadway Icon were quick to begin. Franklin Avenue, Two Reasons and Hillbilly Lexi were slow to begin.

A post-race sample was taken from Broadway Icon - winner of the event. 

Lovely Romeo and Electric Paws were slow to begin. 

Stewards conferred with the judges regarding the margin and finishing times for fourth and fifth placings between She Is Scarlet and Slingshot Penny. A margin was visible in the photo finish image with the actual finishing time for She Is Scarlet being 22.9322 compared to 22.9327 for Slingshot Penny. However, as FastTrack is limited to displaying three decimal places, both times were automatically rounded to 22.933 and, as such, no margin is displayed in FastTrack.

Kelsey's Girl was slow to begin.

Shaye Jay (fell on the first turn) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left stopper injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Top Prairie was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Melville pleaded guilty to the charge. Top Prairie was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Puzzle Avenue and Hillbilly King were slow to begin. 

Chief Destroyer (faltered approaching the first turn and lost ground thereafter) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have gracilis injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed. 

Hillbilly King (lost ground turning off the back straight and continued to lose ground thereafter) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have carpal sprain. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

True Airspeed was quick to begin. Aileen's Lad was slow to begin. 

Stewards noted that the muzzle of True Airspeed became partially dislodged during the running of the event.

Suntanned (collided with Hagbis shortly after the start, subsequently faltered and tailed off ) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hock sprain. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Hillbilly Joker (contacted the running rail on the first turn) underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
