Steward's Report
Bronte's Gift and Vinnie's Spirit were slow to begin. Bronte's Gift and Ferly Reign collided soon after the start checking Bronte's Gift, which stumbled as a result. Jack's Me Dad and Bronte's Gift collided on the first turn. Jack's Me Dad and Vinnie's Spirit collided approaching the second turn checking Jack's Me Dad.
Jack's Me Dad was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound suffered a cramp to the right hind leg, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to E. King, the trainer of Jack's Me Dad. Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, before any future nomination will be accepted.
