Trickity Click was quick to begin. Chop and Garth Vader were slow to begin.
Full On Aileen turned its head to the outside and visibly eased approaching the 50m mark. Full On Aileen underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left long head triceps, right quadriceps and right pectineus. A 21 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr M. Ryan regarding Come On Aileen’s racing manners approaching the 50m mark. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Come On Aileen was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Ryan pleaded guilty to the charge. Come On Aileen was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
