Steward's Report
A sample was taken from Tiggerlong Gas upon arrival at the course.
A pre-race sample was taken from Snowy's Sister.
Solar Tiger, Matt's Hope and Tiggerlong Gas were all quick to begin.
Matt's Hope tired over the concluding stages and underwent a post–race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke with Trainer Ms. Michelle Mallia regarding Matt's Hope performance in the event. After hearing submissions from Ms. Mallia, Stewards took no further action and will follow up with the kennel concerning Matt's Hope recovery in the coming days.

Matt's Hope - Subsequently to the meeting Trainer Ms M. Mallia reported the greyhound had some hamstring soreness following the run. Ms Mallia advised that she will trial Matt's Hope and monitior its recovery before assessing the greyhound's immediate racing future.
