Leena Bale - severely checked first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have left fore torn nail. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Penguin Pat - severely checked and fell first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was re–examined following race 10 at the trainers request. Penguin Pat was found to have an abrasion across the top of the nose. No day stand down period was imposed.
