A pre-race sample was taken from Done The Best.
Zambora Riot and Major Bomber were slow to begin.
Stewards conferred with the judges regarding the margin and finishing times for 2nd and 3rd place between Done The Best and Perfect Revenge. A clear margin of a nose was visible in the photo finish image with the actual finish time for Done The Best being 17.0486 compared to 17.0488 for Perfect Revenge. However, as Fasttrack is limited to three decimal places, both times were automatically rounded to 17.049 and as such no margin is displayed in Fasttrack.
