Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 75(6), starter D. Robertson did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way affected the outcome of this event.
There were no reportable incidents in the event.
A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Notorious Bell after Trainer, Mr. C. Grenfell, did not arrive at the kennels by the appointed time. A post–race sample was taken from Notorious Belle – placed fourth in the event. Stewards issued a warning to Mr. Grenfell pursuant to GAR97 (2) for failing to present to the kennels within the appointed time. In assessing the matter, Stewards took into consideration Mr. Grenfell's record, however, reminded Mr. Grenfell of his obligations.
