Steward's Report
What Hope was quick to begin. Miss Hazel was slow to begin.
Fernando Zoom (fell shortly after the finish) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the right hind foot, no stand down imposed.
Pineapple Head (catching pen incident and failed to remain in catching pen) underwent a post–race veterinary examination - no injury apparent. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr A. Meyer regarding the greyhound failing to remain in the catching pen. After hearing evidence from Mr Meyer, viewing the available footage and considering the greyhound did receive some interference, the Stewards issued a warning against the greyhound.
