Steward's Report
My Shout Boys – Late scratching at 9.59am when Trainer Mr C. Keith reported the greyhound to have an illness (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.
A pre–race sample was taken from Crimson Cannon.
So Special faltered on the first turn, lost ground and took no further part, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock fracture. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track on the turn out of the front straight and deemed it satisfactory for racing.
