Steward's Report
Trainer, Ms. D.Carr, was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for Call The Fairies pursuant to GAR 88.
Bocconcini – Late scratching at 6.35pm due to non–arrival (GAR 86 and LR 39). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr. Matthew Marshall informed Stewards that the kennel had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track. Stewards advised Mr. Marshall that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 72 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.
A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Battle Axle, a post-race blood sample was taken.
Flying Ability and La La Missouri were quick to begin.
