Texan Ablaze, Eye Say Go and Destiny Stone were slow to begin. Texan Ablaze and Eye Say Go collided soon after the start. Visual Basic and Crystal Hand collided soon after the start checking Visual Basic. All Four One, Crystal Hand and Eye Say Go collided approaching the first turn checking All Four One. Visual Basic and Texan Ablaze raced wide on the first turn. Devondale Dude and Destiny Stone collided approaching the second turn. Devondale Dude checked off the heels of Destiny Stone on the second turn. Tiza Dee raced wide on the second turn. Visual Basic raced wide entering the back straight checking Texan Ablaze.
Tiza Dee was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
Stewards spoke to Mr.Chilcott handler of the greyhound Tiza Dee and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the second turn.
