Not Now Karen fell turning out of the front straight and subsequently underwent a post-race veterinary examination - No apparent injury was reported.
Yes Sir underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a contusion to the track leg. A 5 day stand-down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Bryan Sykes regarding the racing manners of Yes Sir turning out of the front straight. After hearing submissions from Mr. Sykes, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
