Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Pursuit.
Dashng Robin was quick to begin. Hail Zeus was slow to begin.
One Spark (fell on the first turn) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left carpal sprain, a fractured toe on the right hind and right triangle muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
Dashing Robin (fell on the first turn) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Due to the incident whereby One Spark and Dashing Robin both fell, neither greyhound can be seen in the Judge's photo finish for the event, as seen on Fasttrack. On live observation, Stewards and the Judge confirmed that both Dashing Robin and One Spark completed the course. The Judge and Stewards confirmed the placings acting on their own observations and available race vision - Dashing Robin (4th) and One Spark (5th).
