A sample was taken from Sergeant Alf upon arrival to the course.
You Akela, You Mowgli and Firing Chief were slow to begin.
You Akela (checked approaching the 100m mark and lost ground) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have soreness to the left and right quadriceps and right sartorious muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Miss Jazz - placed 2nd in the event.
