Steward's Report
Fritsch was slow to begin.
Fritsch (turned its head outward at the 250m and again at the 100m mark) underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Ms Carly Feltham declined the option to have the greyhound re-vetted. Stewards spoke to Ms Feltham regarding the greyhound's racing manners at the 250m and 100m mark. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124, Fritsch was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Ms Feltham pleaded guilty to the charge. Fritsch was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Healesville and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
