Steward's Report
Inter Titan – New declared weight 31.3kg, last raced at 30.1kg.
A pre-race sample was taken from Sonic Shockwave.
The start of this event was aborted and deemed a false start due to Scuba Steve (4) proving difficult to box and escaping the handler. All greyhounds were removed from the starting boxes, underwent an examination by the OnTrack Veterinarian, and subsequently passed fit to race in accordance with GAR 110(7). The race was delayed by approximately twelve minutes whilst this occurred. The race commenced at 2.39pm.
Ramadi Bale lost groud over the concluding stages, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Scuba Steve – Proved difficult to box and will be boxed first in future events in accordance with GAR 106. Stewards spoke to Mr Leon Lacy after he lost control of the greyhound behind the boxes causing a significant delay to the start of the event. Mr Lacy was issued with a warning pursuant to GAR 81(1). Mr Lacy advised the Stewards that he now plans to retire the greyhound.

TRIAL 3:
Encrypted– Seizure – Solo, Distance: 300m, Weight: 34.0kg, Box 3,Time Run 18.47 – Comment: Not Cleared (Faltered) . Encrypted underwent a post-trial veterinary examination and was found to have left fore tendon injury - a 21 day stand down period was imposed.
