Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Zipping Bowie.
Miss Bianca and Bar Banter were quick to begin. Bodhicitta was slow to begin.
Bar Banter underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. Craig Treherne regarding the racing manners of Bar Banter approaching the first turn. After hearing submissions from Mr. Treherne, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. It was also noted that the muzzle of Bar Banter became lodged in the greyhound's mouth during the event.
