Son Of Kimetto marred Manson approaching the winning post.
Son Of Kimetto underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the left hind leg. No stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr. G. Elliott regarding Son Of Kimetto's racing manners iapproaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Son Of Kimetto was charged with marring,.Mr. Elliott pleaded guilty to the charge and Son Of Kimetto was suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
