Stacks On Eddie was slow to begin.
Jayville Crew underwent a post–race veterinary examination due to its racing manners in the home straight – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. Colin Baker regarding the racing manners of Jayville Crew in the home straight. After hearing submissions from Mr. Baker, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
