Crymelon Spirit was quick to begin.  Mattchett Bale was slow to begin.

Matchett Bale raced wide and greenly throughout.  Crymelon Spirit tired over the concluding stages.

Crusoe Magic was quick to begin.  Reema Bale was very slow to begin (6L).

Othello Bale checked first turn and lost ground, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg toe ligament injury.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Reema Bale went up with the lids at box rise, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have right hindleg sesamoid and webbing injuries.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Sunset Tara, Penshurst Lad and Lala Ultra Fast were slow to begin.

It was noted that the muzzle of Penhurst Lad became partially dislodged during the running of the event.

Lakeview Jet and Scarlett Wings were quick to begin.

Myallan Man raced wide on the home turn.  Sassy Skye raced wide in the home straight.

A pre-race sample was taken from Crackerjack King.

Impeached and Crackerjack King were slow to begin.

After Hours checked first turn, lost ground and raced wide in the home straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg wrist injury.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Impeached underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.  Stewards spoke to Tracie Price regarding the greyhound entering the catching pen and then exiting the pen before the gate was closed.  After hearing evidence from Tracie Price, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued.

Superb and Maximum Ang were quick to begin.  Miss Daisy Lee was slow to begin.

A post–race sample was taken from Treloar Bale – the winner of the event. 

Roxy Eggnog, Gallifrey and Extravagant were quick to begin.  Flying Frank and Hooked On Love were slow to begin.

Hooked On Love, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was re–examined following race 10, no apparent injury was reported.  Stewards spoke to Tracie Price regarding Hooked On Love’s racing manners on the home turn and in the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Hooked On Love was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Tracie Price pleaded guilty to the charge, Hooked On Love was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

In accordance to Sky Racing this event was reschedule to 7:31 pm, originally scheduled for 7:33 pm.  The announcement of the All Clear was delayed for the Stewards to review the race footage and verify the time change.  After viewing the footage and acting on their own observations, the Stewards were comfortably satisfied that no greyhounds were materially affected, so as to effect the outcome of the event.  The All Clear was posted.

Sister Roberta was quick to begin.  Crackerjack Pot was slow to begin.

Weipa and Udani Bale were quick to begin.  See Saw Lass, Longissimus and She's All Grace were slow to begin.

Neil's Phoenix – Late scratching at 4:37 pm due to weight variation (GAR 101).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer, Nathan Jenner was fined $100.

A pre-race sample was taken from Myall Hiker.

Blue Sky Boy and Crackerjack Jet were quick to begin.  Myall Hiker and Mister Banjo were slow to begin.

Myall Hiker raced wide in the home straight.

Crackerjack Jet underwent a post–race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to be displaying clinical signs of Ataxia/Hypermetria.  A 5 day stand down penalty was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Jordan Cooper, the trainer of Crackerjack Jet and advised him that the greyhound would be closely monitored in future starts.

Gunai Redeemer and Shanlyn Bear were quick to begin.

Gunai Redeemer underwent a post–race veterinary examination due to an incident in the catching pen - no apparent injury was reported.
