Sahara and Sir Alfred collided soon after the start. Miss Miantra crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Stinga Rebel and severely checking Highfield Roco, Sahara and Sir Alfred. Cosmic Quest and Three Card Trick collided on the first turn. Cosmic Quest and Claretown Clyde collided on the second turn checking Cosmic Quest. Cosmic Quest and Stinga Rebel collided entering the home straight.
