Walter Miti, Norman Benz, Make Papa Proud, Twelve Steps and Crowdza Roaring collided at the 300 metre mark checking Norman Benz, Make Papa Proud and Crowdza Roaring. Enticed State and Walter Miti collided at the 50 metre mark.
Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Collyer, regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound Walter Miti. Stewards directed that Walter Miti be boxed first in future events.
