Dirk And Rosie were slow to begin.
Jazomax, Special Lies, Road Ace and Mantaray Lad collided soon after the start checking Special Lies. Mantaray Lad checked off Why Not Heather on the first turn. Shannon Vale and Why Not Heather collided several times in the back straight. Road Ace, Vintage Daicos and Mantaray Lad collided approaching the second turn checking Road Ace, Vintage Daicos and Dirk And Rosie. Jazomax checked off Special Lies on the second turn checking Dirk And Rosie and Shannon Vale. Why Not Heather checked off Dirk And Rosie approaching the home turn.
