Chasing Her Tail - Late scratching at 11.37am acting on a confirmed telephone call with Trainer Mr. Richard Boehm who advised that he was unable to travel to the track due to road closures.
Swift Energy, Crymelon Spirit and Oxidation were quick to begin. Daisy Giblet was slow to begin.
Crymelon Spirit - severely checked and almost fell when approaching the turn out of the back straight, taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.
No More Issues - severely checked and fell when approaching the turn out of the back straight, taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the right groin. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
