Steward's Report
Whiz Out – Late scratching at 13:05 due to non–arrival (GAR 86 and LR 39). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr. K. Lloyd informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track. Stewards advised Mr. K. Lloyd that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 72 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.
A pre-race sample was taken from Snooping Air.
Snooping Air and Moraine Zorro were slow to begin.
Talk Out Loud - severely checked and fell when approaching the turn out of the back straight, taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.
Supplementary Report – 19/10/2022: The 28 day stand down was removed from Whiz Out following the receipt of evidence to the satisfaction of Stewards
