First Print, Woorndoo Jack, Maximum Height and Pedro Shiraz collided approaching the first turn checking First Print, Woorndoo Jack and Alvin Street. Alvin Street checked off Woorndoo Jack approaching the first turn. Woorndoo Jack and Alvin Street collided approaching the home turn severely checking Woorndoo Jack. Kennington Lad and Splendid Shiraz collided on the home turn.
Woorndoo Jack was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left thigh. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
