Steward's Report
Solar Revel was slow to begin.
Boggy Dozer which turned it's head out approaching the home turn and marred Speedy Quokka,underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right quadricep and right triangle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to representative Mr A Rippon regarding Boggy Dozer’s racing manners approaching the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Boggy Dozer was charged with marring.Mr Rippon pleaded guilty to the charge, Boggy Dozer was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warrnambool and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
