Steward's Report
Spoil The Party and Jimmy Magnet were slow to begin. Star Vapour, Spoil The Party and Have A Tinnie collided soon after the start. Model Hook and Gotham's Hero collided soon after the start. Have A Tinnie, Model Hook and Gotham's Hero collided approaching the 300 metre mark checking Model Hook. Star Vapour, Have A Tinnie and Model Hook collided approaching the 250 metre mark. Have A Tinnie and Model Hook collided approaching the 150 metre mark. Fezwah eased and pulled up at the 150 metre mark. Star Vapour checked off Gotham's Hero approaching the winning post.
Fezwah was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards spoke to Mr. H Wetsels, the trainer of the greyhound Fezwah. Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Fezwah with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment and suspended the greyhound for 3 months (all tracks) and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(b) before any future nomination will be accepted.
