Wicked Four and Tenebrae collided soon after the start. Mighty Hulk and Tenebrae collided approaching the first turn. Baumgartner checked off Acola Magic approaching the first turn, severely checking Baumgartner and Tenebrae, with both greyhounds tailing off as a result.
