Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Starter Mr G Glass did not act in any official capacity for this event.
Big Bad Tom and Moonshine Crash were quick to begin. Spider Strike and Dee Diamond were slow to begin. Ten Aces, Spider zStrike and Tiggerlong Moon collided soon after the start checking Spider Strike. Dee Diamond checked off Ten Aces on the first turn. Dee Diamond and Spider Strike collided approaching the home turn. Shifty mifty and Big Bad Tom collided on the home turn checking Big Bad Tom. Big Bad Tom and Moonshine Crash collided on the home turn checking Moonshine Crash. Moonshine Crash faltered in the home straight and lost considerable ground as a result.
Moonshine Crash was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right hind muscle strain, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
