Leitchville Lad – Late scratching at 7:04am when Mr Daniel Boots reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.
A pre-race sample was taken from Eddie Jet.
Get The Gringo faltered approaching the 100m mark and lost ground, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left gracilis and right flexor tendon. A 28 day stand-down period was imposed.
