River Rough and Savannah Riot were quick to begin. Boston Garden and Zara Marnie were slow to begin.
Boston Garden (checked turning out of the back straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right quadriceps injury and a laceration to the left fore outside toe. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Zara Marnie (fell after the finish) underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Savannah Riot (fell turning out of the back straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the left wrist. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
