Steward's Report
Sudden Hurricane - underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have left monkey muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr D Sharp regarding Sudden Hurricane’s racing manners on the first turn and again approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Sudden Hurricane was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr D Sharp pled guilty to the charge, Sudden Hurricane was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
