Steward's Report
Miss Indi Lee turned its head inwards and marred Lucky Fernando in the home straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg hamstring injury. A seven day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Nick Lecchino regarding Miss Indi Lee’s racing manners into the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Miss Indi Lee was charged with marring. Mr Lecchino pleaded guilty to the charge, Miss Indi Lee was found guilty and suspended for three months at all tracks and must perform two Satisfactory Trials in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
