Steward's Report
Eyes Don't Lie and Thai Gem were quick to begin.
My Girl Whizbang underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to kennel representative Ms. Nicole Lund regarding My Girl Whizbang’s racing manners in the home staight. After hearing submissions from Ms. Lund, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections regarding the greyhound’s racing manners.
Mac Cruz underwent a post–race veterinary examination at the request of the stewards and was found to be in season. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
