Steward's Report
Head Bin – Late scratching at 7:55am due to weight variation (GAR 101). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Darren Kee was fined $100.00
Lamia Dominique – Late scratching at 8:25am due to non–arrival (GAR 86 and LR 39). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Lorenzo Carbone informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track. Stewards advised Mr Carbone that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 72 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.
Slingshot Marley and She Devil were quick to begin.
Supplementary Advice: 28 November 2022 - The 28-day penalty on Lamia Dominique was lifted by Stewards upon receipt of satisfactory documentation that confirmed the vehicle issue.
