Steward's Report
Twister Giblet – Late scratching at 13:55 on the advice of the On– Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to dehydration. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
We Push On and Galloping Moon were slow to begin.
We Push On collided with Be Charming on the home turn severely checking We Push On which stumbled. We Push On underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to right hind foot. No stand down period was imposed.
A post–race sample was taken from Wood Carrier – winner of the event.
