Hot Rod Charlie fell approaching the home turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right hindleg. No stand down period was imposed.
Frosty Jack severely checked approaching the home turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a long head tricep injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Flying Frank fell approaching the home turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have multiple minor spike wounds. No stand down period was imposed.
