Steward's Report
Blazing Beth was quick to begin.
Nymph marred Smooth Cruiser turning off the back straight, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right-fore deltoid muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr. Ben Joske regarding Nymph’s racing manners turning off the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Nymph was charged with marring. Mr. Joske pleaded not guilty to the charge, Nymph was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown Park and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
